paid a similar sum as Kenneth. $38.

dont tink yr hard to start issue is due to battery leh.

it is either sufficient or insifficient electric current to power the starter motor.

if usage of the choke helps to solve the issue, i would trace it to carb or plug.

when was the last spark plug change?

im going to DIY maybe nxt wkend or smth.

going to hit 10,000km for the current plug liaoz.

:cheeky:

Thx.

Plug? I got this situation too ever since I change from v-power to 95. if I leave the bike for more than 2-3hours, I can start easily, but it always dies after 5 or 10 seconds. Btw, I dont hve this problem when i use v-power, unless the weather is very cold in the morning. Does this mean that the petrol is the caused in my case? My plug should be around 6-7k km.

Erh... DIY plug. Can I go ur place see2 how u do it? :)

Guys, ride safely. Road is not for playing.

Right, recommended for the normal plug. But if u use the Iridium plug, u can change it every 2x7000km or later.

If i rmbr correctly, Don is using the normal plug & he always use it for 10k km.

Uncle Lim, what do u mean by shorter version? Do u mean the life-span is shorter?

It is jus shorter, so have to put some backing to bring it up to the + & - lead level.

same length. same size. and i still cant believe i installed it on my own considering that i always "screw" things up.

Honda or aftermarket brand ??

i think uncle lim has mentioned this before. something about higher grade of petrol being easier to ignite hence keeping the engine running.

errrrrrr Yuasa, considered aftermarket?

Recently my bike also hv to warm up longer otherwise always stall - could be the plug due for change or the humidity too high - so need V-power more efficient starting....

Yuasa made in Thailand - is stock, but beware of copies......

Changing bike can be as easy as pushing your used bike to any bike shop and pickup whatever you desire. The difficulty is to pick a bike to pleased your desire. Because desire changes with time passage.

To avoid another costly mistake, best to lower your expectations for class 2b bike. Even if you put 30k to mod up your CBR150R. It will not perform like a stock 20k CBR600R.

If you don't like your current bike. Its best to change it to class 2A or class 2 bike. Or you will be disappointed yet again. Lol.
