Hi i m a newbie here! Got some confusion between the 150 class. There is a Repsol 150NSR (kick start) and a new 150 (electric start), they called it CBR. For the CBR150 what is the major down side of this model that bro here had experiences? What is the price tag like for a used CBR150? Not sure if it is a 4-stroke mech, does not require 2T right?

haha.. washed my bike also alr.. but darn.. degreasing the chain damn shag.. the grease like endless to clean.. til i gave up and its still a bit black. almost finish using the whole bottle of gt85. eh KH, u spray le than wipe the grease like always smudge lehz. isnt it better to spray and let it drip away like wipe?

No need 2T, The only thing i pay for mantianice is air filter and cleaner for 15 bucks and spark plug every 10k on the road. Every 2 k change Eo.

Cannot spray too much and let it drip sia. Cos sometime, when u wipe the away already right, then if spray too much then some part of it cannot clean off. U spray on it then clean it with the dirt cloth, after that clean it with another cleaner cloth to wipe off lor. If u scare not clean enough, u spray liao, then use toothbrush to scrub it then use cloth to clean it lor.

oh!! but anyway i wash it with water already. so shouldnt be a prob lah..the degreaser should have drip away le. think i ltr bring another cloth go wipe it again b4 lubricating it. tiring sia.. gotta keep standing turning wheels than squat to clean.. haha. backache..oh. and KH u using stock chain or o-ring chain? how different is it, like pickup or wateva?

I using the stock one a.k.a OEM DID chain lor. If u ever want change the chain, don't ever get from honda liao. Go get Rk or DID new model de. Better for ya $. Must wipe dry if u use water, Then lube it lor. I just show kazama yest hw to lube and turn.

U can check with axxis, he is selling a gd condition ride. Do pm him abt the details.

For stock tires, pump 200 front and 220 rear. every 2k change engine oil, easily avilable at motordiam, brand depends on u. Then every 10 k on the rd change the filter and cleaner which most of us can help u DIY. And 10k change a spark plug. Thats all.

haha.. i left it till dry til this aftnoon than lube it. bo pian.. nxt time when washing together than show me how to lube and turn at the same time lah. haha..

what's the difference between a cbr 150 "05 model" and a "06 model"?

been wanting to get a cbr 150 and plan to call Bike Production after reading some of the older posts. (someone said they import directly and thus are cheaper)

 

any other suggestions? where to buy, maintainence place?
