hi,

i've learnt a great lot from reading most of the 214 pages.:giddy: .. but i have a question.

what's the difference between a cbr 150 "05 model" and a "06 model"?

please help...:help:

been wanting to get a cbr 150 and plan to call Bike Production after reading some of the older posts. (someone said they import directly and thus are cheaper)

any other suggestions? where to buy, maintainence place?

thanks alot :cheeky:

05 and 06 models are basically the same thing, only cosmetic differences, the engine is the small eager revving 4 stroker. both years feature different colors so if u happen to prefer the 05 colors u might get a good deal on tt.

good luck to ur purchase, maintenance-wise buy le then worry about it. without the bike a bit hard to explain anyway. but relax, the maintenance for CBR150R is very very low de.

i think the fuel tank is a big plus but then the FC apparently isn't as promising as Bajaj claims, althought it's still better than cbr150R.

i won't say lousier but different market ba.

For stock tires, pump 200 front and 220 rear. every 2k change engine oil, easily avilable at motordiam, brand depends on u. Then every 10 k on the rd change the filter and cleaner which most of us can help u DIY. And 10k change a spark plug. Thats all.

I see... Great...10k mileage then change. Thanks for the info ah...

Hehe, once i reach my 10k mark, then i let u guys know ah..then maybe some kind soul will show me how to DIY the bike..

not to overwrite kahhwee's recommendation, in my honest opinion and experience, spark plug change every 5k ba. the difference is significant de, can feel straight away. anyway 1 platinium plug 5 dollars only, no need to save de.
