Hey guyz... :cheeky: Passed my 1st TP last week. Still waiting for the actual license card

By the way, i'm planning to buy a CBR150 soon...

Originally, it was SP, but then my parents are sponsoring for me

So they want to buy first hand one, coz need to pass down to my bro in future.

So changed plans to CBR150 after my fren told me that it's still under production

And i read the stuff they said about cbr150 specs being quite a good bike, so what the heck... Why not, rite...

And Wee!! I'm from SP.. Read a couple of the previous threads, and i think i saw a

couple of those cbr's around campus... NICE!!!

Ohh well.. So, now i'm wondering where's a good place to find 1st hand CBR150..

Hopefully you guyz can help me list down a couple of shops..

If the shops offer free stuff, like free paintwork, bla bla bla.. add it in,k

THANKS....

Thanks... By the way, i heard that if you buy from bike production,

settle all those insurance, payment stuff...

You still cannot collect ur bike yet, is it...

My dad keep saying that they will need to send to LTA for checking..

bla bla bla.. for a few days... Only after that, then can come collect

or ask them to deliver to ur home... :sian:

Is that true

Or is it my dad's tactic to make me suffer more while waiting

till i give up on buying a bike

Not forgetting.. I friend say the helmet that we get, is those apek2 kind, is it..

Nvm, if apek2 also, give my pillion wear :cheeky:

Hey, tokuei. Let me guess... If its 4.02, it should be U-turn, and circuit revision, rite..

Most of the time, they would have that "slow in, fast out" exercise to practice ur

U-turn, but other than that.. It should be easy to pass...

Also don't forget to book Self Practice (SP) sessions after u pass ur 4.02.

Maybe go for 1 or 2 Revision circuit (RC) prac, to know ur mistakes,

then use SP sessions to get better with handling the bike... :cheer:

Start preparing for ur 5.02 (circuit evaluation) a.s.a.p :box:

Most people have problems with that, and 8.01(Road+circuit evaluation)

Good luck... And hope to see ur status change to P Plate or TeePee Soon... :goodluck:

Once u make a deposit for the bike. They will sent it for inspection and then bid for a COE. They will need to buy the IU unit for u and then install for u also. Then buy a insurence for u also. It will take a few days for it to be done then u can collect the bike.

from wat i understand, IU is not compulsory but then most shops will include that in ur deal unless u specify that you do not want it. some of our riders here do not have IUs installed.

i recommend a change of spark plug at every 5k mileage. choice of EO is really up to you but try to go for semi synth minimum. engine will feel noticeably rougher should u put mineral oil in. all these are tried and tested de. oops blurger had better not see this. :cheeky:
