Hi any one here tried those AGV K-Series FF helmet? Can share your reviews?

Recently was on the hunt for a FF helmet but dunno what to get and the AGV K-series with Rossi Design did caught my eye...I feel the helmet very damm light but I guess the ventilation system is not good...

Hey Davin. I owned an AGV K3 before moving to a Shoei X11, so think I may be able to offer some insight.

I bought the Rossi face K3 and was very very pleased with it. For an entry level AGV FF, it had a lot of good features and rated well in webBikeWorld's review http://www.webbikeworld.com/r2/motorcycle-helmet/agv-k3/. The graphics were crisp and nice, the liner was very comfortable, and the helmet was lighter than my old helmet. As for ventilation, as far as I was concerned then, it did its job well.

I sold off my K3 after getting a Shoei X11. The biggest difference between the two, for me, is ventilation. The X11 is renowned for its superior ventilation and I can confirm that it is measurably better at that job than the K3. However, that isn't saying that the K3 has bad ventilation. For the price bracket, I would say the K3 had good enough ventilation. Add to that its other advantages, my personal view is that the K3 is good value for money.

Before you settle on a particular make or model of FF, can I suggest that you try them on? Even within AGV's FF range, there is a measurable difference in how the helmets fit. Some suit a narrow head better, some suit a round head better. An ill-fitting FF will not give you the protection a proper fitting FF will. If your head shape doesn't suit a K series AGV, you will have to let go of that option and find another make/model that will fit.
