Bro, remenber that i had problem with my tire sensor before? I have changed it. The tire valve is stuck together with the sensor unit. GTR cannot change the valve only. The only way to get around the problem is to get those adaptable L shaped valve. Screw in if need to top up air

Yes, I got the right angle valve adapter at Regina for 5 bucks.

If you ride a GTR or ZZR 1400 we want to hear from you at www.kawa1400.blogspot.com

If the $5 L-valve fits, I don't see why the Bridgeport valves wouldn't.

Much higher quality.

Eh.....I think you are confuse already...the male side (valve head) is welded to the tire sensor de. its not a standalone valve head. Just imagine there is a sensor underneath the male valve head. So you cannot change the male valve only.

The L-Value which you posted added on as a female counterpart to allow the male head value to screw her.

Thats very poor design then! I replace my tyre valves every year.

Wish I can change to bridgeport valves. Cos it's still cheap compared to the original sensor attached tire valve. It will cost almost $200 to change 1 piece of tire valve. Furthermore after change they need to attach to a computer to syn the valve and the bike computer. The battery of the valve will kaput after 3 years so therefore needs changing. I had checked the price when I sent mine for warranty claims due to no read out of the front tire.

I got quoted for machine 27k, I wonder why Loois Motor is 33k OTR ...

6k for those plus plus ... Abit too much right ??? :pity:

Holy shucks! 27k for the 2010 model????? Grab it! Last sat, my brother went to do his Vstrom servicing and asked. He was quoted 33k!

John, you going to buy already?

maybe is 27k MACHINE only as siad

7% GST

rd tax

COE

add up almost 6 k.. so it`s still ard the price.

Best is too schedule a tire pressure sensor battery change when you change your tires after approx 2 years time. That is what is reported in Florida where climate is humid, in the dry countries 3 years could be done, but here I will not wait this long.

Yup got a new replacement after lots of stupid reasoning..... Just to add they had the most ridiculous warranty around. Take a look at the documents they sent you and you will know.

Love to own one but just afraid no time to ride ... :faint:
