I wonder what will be like to 190/55 profile loaded.

Maybe can better for turning into the bends ?

I had checked, P.Angel do not have 55 profiles.

Anyone had try it on their C14 ?

 

A taller 55profile rear tyre raises the back by 5mm, sharpening steering response.

 

But having a more agile bike equals less stability too. I did notice the bike is more unstable at high speeds with 55profile rear tyre, more sensitive to crosswinds.

 

As the rear tyre wears, rear ride height drops abit too, so steering becomes slower and heavier. All this can be cured by adjusting rear preload though.

Yes, Italian oil, very good for salad dressing! Don't know about engines!!

Right..didn't know about that though. yeah tat maybe my next tyre change but me too prefer the 190 rear. tats wat im using now for my Pilot Road 2.

I am using the lowering link now.

 

Good thing is that it lower the bike by around 3cm. I used to be tip toed. Now almost flat on foot.

 

Bad thing is its more difficult to put the bike on main stand. When you go over hump, also must be slow and careful. As it may hit the exhaust.
