was there any damage at all on yr radiator guard?

good advertising for project D

even a bird at that speed can be quite dangerous.

Thanks bro, I will go check out sometimes next week.

The fact that i cannot take the flies off, and that is has its own built up economy map is already a turn off for me...i need a PCV, auto tune and control the injection, the new ones is way too US oriented, too tame... does it also come with the heated grips in Asia too??? Just re-wire it for BBQ!!

You get some, you loose some. On paper it has improved tremendously as a TOURING BIKE. Which is its primary purpose anyway. Otherwise, it will seem ancient compared to the K1300GT, the GTR's main rival.

BMW is gonna come up with an inline6, 150+hp K1600LT (minimum 1600cc). That will be really interesting!

u having issues putting air into the tyre?

i dont see much complains on that in the US/Europe forums maybe there was not enough feedback to warrant an improvement.

But no improvement on the stupid tire valve.........

But bro, i realised that in this 10 model, i noticed the rear wheel spocket seems to be smaller ah. No problem to pump air already. Maybe i see wrongly

Wa...like that cannot put aftermarket exhaust already? i want to have a BRZZZZZZZZZOOOOM!!!! soound. ^_^

The only two improvement which i lubs are

1. Relocation of fins on the fairing to push the heat away from rider legs

2. Relocation of central glove box to the side.

The air pump in petrol stations here are not very bike friendly. Just that you need the extension on the valve to pump the air. Also we can't just change the valve like that cos the computer will not work.

Advrider, when u ordered the replacement lock nut for yr gps thru the larry site, did u do the installation yourself?

is it just unlocking the current nut on the fork stems then replacing it with the one for the ram mount ball?

looks too simple to be true.

i have that same issue, so I do what ohayo has recommended.

get yr tyres pumped at any caltex as they have the flexible hose pump!

The tyre pressure monitor is in no way connected to the tyre valve. The sender unit is stuck on the inside of the rim, so you can go ahead and change the tyre valve, no problem.

BMW does not really compete with the 3 main tourers: ST, FJR and GTR as their price is way out of the Japanese range.

But on the technology points, they keep the Jap on their toes...

Bro, remenber that i had problem with my tire sensor before? I have changed it. The tire valve is stuck together with the sensor unit. GTR cannot change the valve only. The only way to get around the problem is to get those adaptable L shaped valve. Screw in if need to top up air
