No it doesn't. It has a SIRIM - Standards and Industrial Reseach Institute of Malaysia label.

Produced by GIVI Asia, base in Malaysia.

Helmet shell and construction are in accordance to international standard.

Not PSB approved due to quick release strap. PSB will only approve Double D rings assembly.
