Had the same doubt and mailed them, here´s their answer:

 

"it is correct, we had some problems in the past, but they are improved since about one year and we do not have this problems anymore, as we changed the material and the making process, so the cracks will not happen anymore.

 

Also if we had a customer with breaks we exchanged the case for free if they contacted us or our importer.
