I have been doing wushu training for 18 years and still doing it now, you might want to try doing the same as me?

Try change your diet to eat no processed foods, lower your carbs (bread, pasta, rice) no beer or soda and you will drop a steady 1-2kg a week. Best way to lose fat and keep it off. It will take some month but you will feel tons better for it

Exercise is the best way.


Perhaps we should form some group of kakis to jog+exercise together within the same estate that we stay in, e.g. Queenstown area, Punngol area, etc...


With a group of 3 or 4 persons, the motivation will be there to exercise.


Or else, when you jog or exercise alone, you won't have the motivation to continue. For example, me...


Always tell myself to put on that running shoes and go jogging+exercise, but because I am doing it alone, so I always put the idea off, until 8 months have passed for year 2014 and my running shoes are still there nice and shiny while I am getting more and more "muffin"... hahahahaha..
