What is the difference between this model and the one with wifi? What am I missing out?

 

Kinda interested in getting this cam to mount on my bike for daily commute and also wondering if you know any way to mount it on a spark135 Thanks

What I have on hand now is the non-Wifi versions.

Basically, the wifi is an addition to viewing live, record and data transfer via wifi from camera to phone using the mobile Apps.
