Hi, in Malaysia bikes consider expensive due to tax. Mine 2nd hand 2003/2004 model and I bought for RM65,000.00. Brand new here about RM82,000.00. Currently I got information about the bike from CB13 uk forum. 3 years ago I owned CB1000. Why in S'pore not many bikers own this bike.

Im owning one CB1000 now. :D and loving it every moment. i think in SG you hardly can find CB1000 cos its import from japan.

Fwah 82k..... thats VERY EX.... you are so rich..... No wonder my Malaysian female fren says she love my bike. now i knw why. fwah i think i better stay out of malaysia....... hahaha.

2nd hand bike also so ex ah. wow...... its really hard to own a bike in malaysia ya. Well come to SG for a trip some time. :) Which state do you live in?

Agreed with Bernardk.A 4 yr old bike(CB1300) can fetch less than 10k here.Saw 1 at Yishun but had look like it low sided, radiator busted but no leaks.Engine casing no scratch.Looks gd though.

Hi Dean!!

Welcome to the forum. Great to hear that you are a fan of this bike as well. the reason not many Sgp bikers do not own this bike is because of interest. Only people who loves the muscle look of the bike loves it. That was part of the reason I got the bike. But I just sold the bike about 3 months back as I do lots of touring and therefore need a touring bike.

I still do follow up of the CB13 forum as I still in love with the bike. I would give 2 thumbs up for the bike. To me, I kind of blend with the bike already.

By the way Dean, maybe I will give you a shout when I drop by KL one of these days.

Hi fellow riders

Please assist to advise the estimated cost for insurance and road tax so to decide on which bike:

1) CB 750

2) CB 1000

3) CB 1300

I am 40 years old this year and also appreciate if anyone seen one at a bike shop for sale.

Thanks

:D:D:D thank you thank you. Its a 1994 CB1000. :D:D:D Loving each day with it. Hope you dun find my reply offensive cos i find it abit offensive myself hahaha.

Well you should check it out with the NTUC Income website to see how much is the insurance. But the thing is that the Machine registered date is also one of the factor. As for road tax i have to see my road tax later then i let you knw. I think for CB1K is like only 300+ for 1 year. i 29 insurance for my bike is also ard 400+

Not offensive at all. This place is meant to be fun to me. Any more pics to share? Insurance cost looks ok except looking for a good bike. Appreciate that you can also let me know if you happen to see one for sale. Thanks.
