Fuel consumption on the Gixxer is still lower than R1

For normal cruising it shd clock 265km before the reserve light light-up.

(equiped with K&N filter and using iridium plugs)

If pushed it hard enough...

It will be less than 200km

But of course, my friend, the gixxer 1000 is fuel injection so it consumes less petrol than carburator bikes.

No idea about the comparisons of fuel consumption yet!!!

But for riding posture,

especially tall guys,

riding a R1 is a torture.

To be frank, i wouldn't recommend the TL.

with the $ you spend on a 2nd hand TL,

It should be enough to get the SRAD 750!

Personally, i still prefer in-line four engine

rather than V-twin

in-line has better top but pickup wise v twin is faster

i must agree with you on this.... loved the TL1000S engine....
