Sorry if i interpret your question wrongly. Are you asking:

 

Q. Can it be used as a portable charger to charge your motorcycle battery? ie. Connect it to your bike's low battery and charge it up to healthy level?

 

A: Nope. Cant be done. This is 12V DC. Your bike battery needs 13.8-14vdc to charge it up. That's the work of your bike's alternator or an AC charger. It can connect and let you start up your bike so that the alternator can continue charging your battery. If your battery is totally flat and not holding charge, then after starting, your bike will die off again once you disconnect this portable jumpstarter. This is then a must for you to change your bike battery.
