young malay boy, he seems a bit shocked and dunno how to react. i ask him questions like "How, settle or claim?" he also dunno how to reply. In the end, i also dun want to waste my time there, just take down his license plate no. to proceed with the claim.

 

oh~ any other damages besides e boxes?

Right mirror, right footpad, left pannier, side stand, handlebar alignment... maybe will be more after i get mech to check.

 

 

claim for those parts that were scratch or frayed from e impact~ can aso take chance to claim for the boxes! :cheeky: :cheeky:

claim one box like quite funny... dun claim like not too happy... kekeke..

 

 

yeah ,let him know how expensive is a box

i guess currently, if claim all the above damage will already be around $500 (include worksmanship) and excluding pannier.

 

lucky for him i have pannier... if not my oil tank and fairing kena then he owner (guess the father of the kid) will faint...

 

still at the end of the day, I dunno how good are my chances cos there is no independent witness... he can always claim that he was slowly turning in and i was the one that bang into his rear... it is his words against mine...

 

no TP or investigation... may be quite difficult... *sigh*

you forgot 2 things which 1 of it is very impt wor.

If your bike fall, Not only panniers you can claim, Your rack + SW Adaptor, balancers, Steering bearings, Wheel bearings, Brake Lever, Rear brake paddel, Handlebar, mirrors, front Signal all can claim. :)

 

All out of Alignment, danerous, must change.

 

Don't quote me, just giving my $0.02

he did not admit is his fault... neither did he even say sorry... come out from his car first thing is to check he car...
