Hi all,

If anyone interested in buying Adiva AD3 300CC, Please contact me 94246616.

This bike mileage is 7300k, Currently on Hire purchase @ $357 monthly for 42months.

I had bought an OPC car and i dont need a new bike anymore.

Option 1: Make full payments. (prefer this option)

Option 2: Just COI with no top up. (If taking option 2, 2 months safety deposit is require, This is to protect me if don't pay.) previous guy did not make a proper safety deposit and drag for 2 months.

There are still other wonderful things added on this bike which allow you to go touring in Malaysia.

Based on the bike's number plate the orig date of registration is 15/09/2014.

Bike is 6mths old and not 4mths old as stated on ad header.

Do edit the ad header so as buyer's won't be misled by your details. :)

Bike has been sold. Hope this time don't screw up again with a proper option 2 procedure.

If the guy takes option 2, can bike be considered sold? There is no transfer of ownership and liability of the loan? Wouldn't you have the liability of carrying on installment if the bike breaks down and he stops paying installment? Worst, he goes malaysia and ifnbike is stolen and insurance only pays 50% of bike and u still have to settle the rest?? Sorry, trying to understand, or is there transfer ownship? Thanks

Unless new buyer pay up yearly installments instead of monthly.. no loss to owner...

lol, which new buyer will pay cash upfront for yearly installments?

COI have its risk

A genuine buyer.

Sure COI have it's risk for both buyer and seller. If you cannot eliminate the risk, minimize it.
