Anyone have HISS issue? Engine able to start but HISS still activated and no electric except headlight.

Would like to DIY and change sprocket and chain for my CB400 VS. Would like to bro that can help to provide me with some infor of the sprocket and chain.

1)What is the Standard set up for Version S Chain and sprocket. Is it front sprocket 15 and rear sprocket 43?

2) is the chain link at 525 x 110 link?

I'm just new here and currently residing in Philippines...I want to know if anybody done or know how to install fuel gauge in superfour type S. My bike come without fuel gauge(CB400K) and would like to know if anybody can guide....
