Does 7.6k as anchor price seem too much for this bike?

This is my reasoning for 7.6k: Residual Value of the bike: 4k (good condition, some farkles, ready to rock'nroll), COE for 7 years (currently 5.5, --> 5.5*7/10=3.85), 20% Chance the bike won't last another 7 years: 3.85*.8=3.08 => 7.1k + 0.5k (for uncertainty with the COE going even higher + some wiggle room for negotiation)

Tada!=7.6k

Any comments?

But you didn't pay 5.5k to renew the COE. You paid whatever the premium was in 2012. No offense.

Nice bike tho, the fact that it has stayed with one owner means the bike is a keeper. :)

Dun see nothing wrong with using current coe value to set price.

Coe high now means overall used bike pricing increase.. and it's reasonable price for a class 2 bike.

Welcome to Singapore

Good price btw.
