Q1. How much can the owner get back if he decides to scrap?

Q2. How much does it worth for the owner to trade in for a new motorcycle?

Scrap not worth it. Sparks have pretty decent resale value. You might be able to get around $2k for it depending on condition if you sell it on these forums.

The is no scrap value for bike unlike cars except for the remainung COE life. If it is in a good working condition, why not renew COE as even if you decide to sell or scrap, you still have the rebate on the COE.
