not much peep here know bout suspension..i have a question too. my r6 07 factory setting ,i wanna make it stiffer at front. where do i adjust ? preload onli or .... ??

increase preload, back off on compression and rebound.

 

else just pay 30-40 for a professional suspension specialist to do it. set until nice nice for you. not happy with how the suspension is working, go back and do fine-tuning.
