One of the quickest and and smoothest CB4s around. Shes dyno-tuned by the Gurus at HKL Racing, running on a stage 1 jet kit and a Yoshi full-sys (steet-legal with cert). She rides just the way you want her to. Pickup on this 399cc is unparalleled. As mentioned in the header, COE is valid till 2024. Really Nice Plate too: FX*11*X. Asterisks are not of the same digit, but the plate reads nicely.
