Hey guys..just need some advice on getting a yoshi pipe for my fz16..as in which type is good for performance, sound and etc..

And is it true once i've changed my exhaust pipe, just by tuning my carburettor is not enough to increase my bike performance..?

Hope i can get some advice and thanks in advance..

Bro,

I've installed yoshi for my fz16.

so far i think the variation is only looks. Stainless Steel, Titanium Blue & Carbon.

Soundwise, it's kinda louder but sooner or later you'll find it's just not loud enough haha

Performance wise you really need to change a quite a few more parts other than just the exhaust if you want to feel a big difference.

For fz16 the legal exhaust just a very very tiny bit difference

Very true.

Like any machine, you would need to tune carb, after market airfilter and experiment with different sprocket sizes to experience a different performance on a budget to suit you just naming a few for a start.

This exhaust system definitely looks good from every angle once installed.

Please verify again and share the location of the shop your friend recommended with all of us here. It would be helpful to know a shop that knows this machine inside out like what your friend said.

Personally, I am not aware of a specialized FZ16 bike shop around except for maybe just Hong Leong Yamaha. Haha!

porting & polish, re tune carb, cdi & spark plug. lots more.

i upsize my rear rim to 5" using battlax s20 150/60 still getting a comfortable 120km/h cruising speed. Tho ur FC will hurt a little.
