Where to refurbish helmet?

Hi guys, do you know where can I go and refurbish my helmet? I have a few almost brand new helmets but I stopped riding and now the sponge is falling apart (you know what I mean..lol).

 

Any shops to recommend and how much? Also, where can i go and make number plates? Those plastic ones, not the protruding type.

It's normal open face helmet. Not full face.

one is a NOLAN, the other one is a CABERG. Thought of throwing but such a waste as I used them maybe less than 3 times.
