Hi, Anybody thought of lowering their rider footpegs on their Versys? Seek advice/lobangs on those 1 inch lowering footpegs!

 

I have limited lobang for Versys bcoz I just port over. Anyway I saw ebay has the 1 inch lower peg. Alternatively you try Motorwerk. They have quite a bit of accessories for Versys. I am aiming for anti-vibe cramp and touring peg.

Weather over Punggol is not Good either...going to rain any moment.

Will not be coming down liao cos i will melt in the rain and i am too lazy to wash the bike.

I just did my bike wash in JB yesterday. Washing and waxing cost 25 ringit, you may want to consider.

One of my friend's 6 mth old V just have a fuel pump failure.

He said his pump was extremely loud as compare to other v since new b4 it keechia...makes me worry abt my fuel pump noiseo_O

Local part replacement cost was quoted abt $400 plus....Thai cost abt $200 plus.

 

Another thing is i have lost 2km per liter of fuel since e TPS adjustment.

Standard Org avg abt 20.5km per liter

After 44T sprocket avg abt 22.3km per liter.

After TPS adjust avg back to abt 20.6km per liter.

 

But i like the way the bike runs after the TPS adjustment.

Have further tweet e TPS a little and see if can get a better compromise and recover back some of the lost fuel mileage.

Tonight Versys meetup is a success. 7 Versys turn up
