Yup, you can't. But I guess you can buy the book and read yourself at home.

Haha. Thanks for the reply. But I read a book saying you can learn how to ride those bikes with that stupid looking cabin next to it. Which also make the bike a tricycle except for the different placing of the wheels. The book says anyone 16 and above can learn to ride that. And the book should be reliable since I got it at my school's bookshop. ^^

I am not really sure about that, unless you meant motor bicycle, which you can ride at the age of 16...otherwise you have to be 18 and your book probably isn't based in Singapore if it is refering to motorcycle or car...

well... used to be minimum age 16 yrs old to learn bike

but i cant rem when was it changed to 18

I know. Recall someone sharing with me that there was an uncontrollable increasing number of 16 - 18 year olds previously getting license and getting into an accident. That's probably why they changed the legal age to 18. Pretty unfair considering in the US people get to drive when they're 16.

Different country got different rules and regulations.. Cannot compare.. Every country got positive points and also negative points..
