Suppose to improve ur midrange..

Low and Mid range gain by accelerating the ignition timing.

 

But I don't think for old 400ccs there are anymore left (Sorry if I am wrong though)

 

By the way, that's a nice GSX400.

 

How about spending money rebuilding the carbs instead of others for a start?
