need to get a cheap monophonic fon ar. coz da batt consumption is good,can last for days. bt scared if da batt flat halfway. since i can't bring a charger for da fon,dat day got saw tis portable hp charger made by energizer. cost around 27++. it charger's ur fon w/ juz 2 AA batt. ani idea whether if its good??

Actually no nid buy low consumption batt phone.waste $$. just off your phone when nt in use.as long u off it..batt drain very slowly as compared to switching on all the way.

 

I also saw this charger selling at 10 bucks at some pasar malam. I tink must buy le..good or nt good, can use can le.hahaha..as for me i bring 2 fully charged batt and a portable charger.

yup agreed,dun need to on ur hp the whole day,just switch on ur hp when u r using,aft using can switch off le,tis way can save the batt

i shant say camera phone is allow,but on recent batches that POP from HTA.they were allowed to bring their camera phone in. just don't get caught snapping pictures where is prohibited e.g.shooting range.. i'm bringing mine though

be careful if bring camera phone, some FI or OC not happy, they can just confiscate ur phones

wah wah wah this thread v useful to me too! im entering in december too! 11 Dec to be exact. By the way, isit advisable for me to bring in my camera phone or get a phone which is cam-less?

 

According to my fren:

 

1. 2 weeks Confinement

 

2. Only Squad IC, Room IC and some **** IC are allowed to bring in their HP charger for easy communication with OC for direct instructions. if not selected as IC, advisable to buy extra batt for the two weeks ba

 

3. When you book out, you must wear your book out attire ( white short sleeve + belt + pants + boots)

 

4. Sandal or slipper would be distributed to you. (So isit advisable for me not to bring a pair )

 

But are we allowed to ride our bike? cuz the letter discourage us to ride it.

any more pointers to take note? I'm actually eager to enter..wohoo!

last of all,during confinement i will nt be abt to ride my bike,but i am nt planning to get someone to help me to warm up my bike,cause i am covering my bike with a canvas and i heard tat the petrol have to pump full to the brim,petrol switch i will turn it to off,is there any other things to do to my bike?cause the bike will nt be start for some time

 

if you think whats best..my friend told me to plug out the battery and drain the engine oil..but dont forget to fill the engine oil first when you come back frm confinement!

another 11th dec intake..woo..

dec11th uh. i started running since 6th this month. every morning,religiously.

 

tired or pain, still have to run.

 

the trick from getting up fresh from bed is to have a banana next to you on the bed. haha. when your alarm goes mad, peel that banana off and stuff it in your mouth. it somehow gets yoour eyes pooof !.

 

and then drank about 1.5l of water before doing strectching and then off i go.

 

my dramatic weight loss might be due to my eating disorder i guess, i ate only once a day. the rest of the day either smoking or drinking mineral water.

 

sigh, can't stop smoking, even though cutting down.

 

anyways, i really can't wait to enlist with HTA.

 

i was supposed to go in on 13 nov but since the asean summit, MHA/HTA postponed my intake date to 11th dec..duno how its gona go about with NS/regular intake..but i hv to report to blk 12 lvl 3@sum lecture theatre..how bout u guys?report where??

 

and anyways..im really dying waiting for the stupid tuesday intake!jobless and bored!
