Modification of fork and rear end fender

Hi everybody. I am riding a steed 400 and I am looking for any good shop for a good price to actually modify my:

 

1) Fork- I will like to extend my fork for few inches long.

 

2) Rear end fender- I will like to modify and customized my rear end fender of my bike.

 

 

Any recommendations?

Bro I riding a intruder 400. I sent my bike to JB do stretch tank. Modify rear fender and some other stuff . Good workmanship . Do it for less than RM600 without spray. If u see the ape hanger 16 inch for sale post. This The handle he did for RM 450. If do in sg sin SG$350. So ex. Sunburst can do everything but if u got the money sure can do anything.

For your fork u can go look for Rossi at kakit bukit.

For rear fender, you can try first motors at ubi. Near to cdc there. They quoted me 150 to 250 for rear fender.
