hi all, i was riding with my friend last nite ard 12am ard bukit batok. He had a flu attack, together with cough so he took all sort of medicine from the doc. The result, he was very drowsy while on the roads. For example, he stumbled and almost fell when pulling off from the stopline on green. Reaction also quite slow. So got him to leave the bike at a carpark and i pillioned him home.

If TP or police saw him, i am guessing they would probably pull him over. What are the consequences, if any, if the police/TP finds someone unfit to operate a vehicle because he was on medication?
