Just checked with Boon Siew yesterday, they say that CB1000R is still not approve by LTA. Currently on the road those CB1000R is not under Boon Siew is all under P.I bike. New CB1000R riders pls take note....warranty will not cover by Boon Siew. Cheers for CB1000R

i was shock for the machine price..19.5k O.o

outlook wise is nt as outstanding as on photos...

 

i juz love its rims...

Ha... Thanks your info bro. Of course i know our bike not cover by boon siew, last time at place order at moto show, they give me 3 years warrenty and Honda jacket( red jacket with very nice Honda wing logo). Too bad i give up course wait too long le.

Haha... i heard also. But when P.I (para import) start in SG i also stunt, why P.I can approve? I think maybe shipment haven arrive or: CB1R first launch is ard jun 2008 at Euro (CB1R is Euro design Euro product), so those bike arrive at Jan 2009 will become 2009 model. This my personal thinking only.

its say 228kmph top but i am sure it can go faster. anyway its a naked bike so even it go that fast lets say 250. i dont think the ridder can take the wind blowing on u.

 

if u really wanna a fast bike get a sportbike lo. in sg so fast also no use u open up ZOoooM see red light BraKkkeeee. green Zoommm again red braKee again lol. end up u see a 2b bike beside u where u see him like 3 red light away just now haha.

To me it would be a waste if u get a litre sportsbikes and u juz ride it in SG...

The bike can't unleash it's full or close to full power...

I dun mind getting a litre street bike coz the top end is definately lower...

Don't forget the CB1000R is a de-tuned '07 Fireblade engine. It's never meant for top speed. It's tuned for mid-ranged. Thus a more torque. You can even pull away at 6th gear! That's how torquey the bike is. At 7k rpm the power delivery is simply amazing!
