Can I know where you had the bar raiser and who did it for you? Being only 168cm, I really had to stretch to the bar when i used to own twice previously. recently, i was tempted to get back on the deauville if the circulstances are right.

i using the Dakar brand bar raiser (LAB) with CB400X stock black bar... all cables Clutch & Throttle can use back stock juz nid to readjust the position abit..lol

Since i changing, I change my clutch & throttle cable as well...

with the raiser i able to have more pull back. Raise will be better off with stock deauville bar. as mine rusted & slightly bent, I decided to change to a cb400x bar as it look nicer... (black!!)these info are of help

Recently, after a 10 day layoff, I startled my DV. It JUMPED to life in one crank. On a very old battery at that.

And the drive shaft. Love it.

Makes it hard for me to sell it..

Overseas is way faster & slighlty cheaper if I not wrong..

Both non brands & branded like Powerbronze etc etc all uses acrylic not polycarbonate hence get the cheapest one will suffice

Been riding her for the past 3 mths...

I owned many many bikes b4.. She should be my 20+ bike I owned...

DV not a looker for sure but the engine simplicity aka Vtwin is easy to service. (ps: still dun understand y 4 plug!!! waste $$$ & time)

Her fairing sucks big time though but make up for some 'spacious' storage on the bike herself. Add a top box & can almost go anywhere liao...

affordable tyres & parts. reasonable road tax & insurance pricing.

Performance seriously no comment... she aint made for speeding though..lol

However i managed to clock 180km/h b4 hahaha ANYONE MANAGED TO CLEAR METER T 200KM/H? IF SO pls advise how to do so hahahaha

not too shabby for her... at least we are a unique batch... unlike S4 etc etc...hahaha

After installation was able to hit 195km/h on flat road & 200km/h dwnslope.

 

Bought it online at $76 lettin go at $50
