Hi.. nice to find someone that is also riding a Wave-I..

i stopped posting here long time ago when there was too much discrimination against Wave-I.. so i decided to test out the bike to find out for myself.. so far so good.. no problems whatsoever.. maybe its the first batch that gave a bad name afterall.

Anyway, any problems you encounted with your bike so far? What plate is your bike?

Pls consider very carefully and check very very carefully before buying a second hand Wave-I. Don't regret if you come up with problems later. I strongly suggest you buy a brand new Wave-I once and for all.

hi all ,

was wondering if anyone of you had change kata to racing type and have problem with pillion footrest

i just bought a set , after changing it , the pillion footrest however cant be install because the bracket need to take out for rider's footrest bracket.

so i was recce around today and ah boy mechanic told me need to do some welding to the tua gu and cutting of the side fairing then B-plus boss told the only way is to drill holes of the tua gu ..

.

Is there any other way to install ?

need you guy's advice.

cheers .

gif away? i wan!! but i dunno how to fix haha.......

wat u mean drill hole at mud guard? mine is the carbon fibre one leh.....wa if gotta drill heart pain sia

it's very hard to change by yourself cos i observe when they fix the suspension for me....you need special tools the reach the nut underneath the mud guard....something like an extension tool...then they use back the spring inside your original suspension....to take out the spring inside...there's a clip where u need to take out...then the fork oil damn sting....must change new fork oil one....very very troublesome....haha...well i suggest u better ask shop do lor...

oh yah....and to add on....the purpose of drilling the top part of the mudguard is for the suspension to go deeper and thus lower ur front suspension very very much stable....tried my bro bike(stock) and my own one....cornering super stable...whereas stock alignment very high and unstable....tend to wobble much more when cornering...hope this helps....but it's up to you in the end...:goodluck:

yes!! giving away.. anyway put at home oso take up space.. :cheeky:

its fix like stock one.. drilling hole is cos the place to hold the stub is pull back so the tires is place backwards.. if dun down the front u will feel like riding a scram.. unless u wana try the new one at jb ah boy.. tink tat one no need to cut ur mud guard unless u wana lower the front.. but by lowering the front is as well as giving up ur mudguard of the back part of ur front piece.. :cheeky:
