guys, i hv some questions here

 

can i noe whether the stock rims can fit in battlaxx?

 

where can i get smaller mirrors? will it affect the position of my erp? my mirrors like elephant ears sia.

Hi guys,

 

I hv a wave that has travelled for abt 30,000km already.

 

What are some maintenance I have to do? I'm not talking about regular maintenance like changing engine oil, spark plug etc...

 

But things like chain? Sprocket? Which motortiam would u recommend? Pls help me...thanks!

i just get to know from some shops that sports rims that can fitted into wave S doesnt mean it can fit into Wave R. the honda ones can fit into WaveS but cant be fitted into WaveR n some others. I also dunno why

Abt the sport rim-wave r has a cable connected to the front wheel to track the speed of it while wave s N i do not have....tts y some sport rim cant be use on wave-r.....

 

 

hilfiger--maybe u should check ur chain and spocket....engine wise can check for gasket and the piston...but if the bike is service regularly,should be a problem...

 

 

tigerjoe23--can go jb to change ur suspension...cost i think RM100 for the mikuku 1 with gas cylinder....i think tts gd enough already....

How to know whether chain n sprocket need to change already? I've read some threads here but it seems v ambiguous le... so if anyone can help?

 

Gasket n piston - that means do full servicing? U saying change the gasket n check piston ring is it? Exp not?

Wah? So jialat ah your HONDA WAVE? Second hand one is it? Must take care to change the engine oil at the recomended interval then engine will have less problem....

Hey guys, i wanna install sound system in my wave. anyone have any ideas which shop do cheap2. my fren make for rm700. in the box one. n still got antenna :lovestruck: . hope u all can help in this.

If we step on the rear brakes then got sound eeeeeee what does dat mean? Anyone here knows? My brakes are noisy now every time i brake. :confused:

If you hear metal to metal scraping sound, then its time to change rear pads.

If you feel reduced braking feeling, then its time to change rear pads.

If both the situation are not present together, then most likely its just the recent rain/rust that is causing the screeching sound.

 

 

Please check the moving 'arrow' mark on your rear brake drum when you step on the rear brake pedal. If the arrow is moved towards the end of the indicator when you apply the rear brake fully then the brake pad life-span can be easily judged.

No lobang, only advice.. go to sim lim TOWER(not square) and get your speakers + player, forget the amp unless you change your original wave batt. Get this in a package as it is cheaper cos can bargain. Price of speakers range from $30-100+ depending on the ratings(watts), size and brand. Bring all this to a car shop that does audio stuff.. alot of shop does it and ask them to fix for you. I paid $50 for wiring, switch and modding of my box. Take care of your batt.

Get those head unit with 60Wx2. (for two speakers)

Many head units has 40Wx4 (for four speakers), which is not useful for a two speakers set-up in a bike.

 

Anyway check the head unit specs...just get one with the most power for two speakers....since you are likely to only fit two speakers on your bike.
