no use lar.. there still famous for car/bike thief.. guards?? u pay them rm$2 to keep a lookout on ur bike/car... those thief pay them rm$200 to report to them when there r nice car/bike parking there for them to steal... so u tink those guards good??

believe it or not.. u can try ur luck.. some pp r just lucky.. while some r not so lucky..

yes.. can be done.. saw before in jb ah boy tat pp done it.. will cost a bomb to change it... feedback not so good... no point to waste so much $$ on it. but if u r loaded.. y not.. it look nice... but not safety.

after jb customs, go all the way straight towards Skudai direction till u see a big sign 'ANGSANA' on ur right. Exit from road and turn right to that building. The shop is on 3rd floor.

i only managed to clock abt 120km per full tank

my exhaust is already tong when i bought the bike

juz wanna find out other pple's fuel consumption when bike is fully stock...thks for any reply...

I bought my rear shocks(yellow) from Lim Ah Boy. But they dun have this ame brand already but do have another batch of new one. Mine is DIY fixed. price is $80 if I din remember wrongly cos if my fren buy for me 1st.

 

how do you fix the shock yourself? can you guide some of the forum members to the procedure?

 

by the way, does WAVE have any parts that rust easily? how to prevent that part from rusitng?

yes.. can be done.. saw before in jb ah boy tat pp done it.. will cost a bomb to change it... feedback not so good... no point to waste so much $$ on it. but if u r loaded.. y not.. it look nice... but not safety.

ard there lor.. some can reach ard 140km++... mostly is range ard 110km to 150km++. pipe tong wont do much...

take out the rear handle/or the box bracket, den take out the whole of the back fairing, den u will c the rear shock liao. unscrew the bot n nut den change can liao...

in more detail i cannot explain in words liao.. pai sey..

ya lor.. how fast can a wave go to a extend u need a disc brake.

safety> disc brake hab more braking power, but will jam easily if apply too much pressure. modify things usually not so lasting, skally when riding than some nut or the disc drop than ...

get wat i mean? once change things, its not orginal already. not orginal thing r not fit in properly. needed some mod here n there... therefor not safe.

yes there is. very chio some more... yoshimura racoing foot peg for wave... but i dun like the position after fixing. some pp may like it.. but i dun.. i feel like a chicken siting on it.( no offence to pp who change).

the front handle bar is high, unlike sport bike which is lower. den the foot rest is so high n back of the bike.

managed to get a 2nd hand FW plate silver wave125s + box for $2.15k w/o insurance over the internet...

 

i also got my silver wave125s, second hand of FV plate. but i got from my neighbour at $1.8K, w/o insurance n trf fees. the bike is totally not mod at all, w box n ERP unit n basket in front.

 

i tot of doing some mod oso, but really poor now.

 

guess there isnt many silver wave around here.
