transfer ownership enquiry

hi guys, need some help and advice...

 

if a buyer pay me full cash for my bike... both of us just meet at LTA and fill up the neccessary paper work.. thats all right? once done... my bike just hand over to him?

As long as the buyer has bought the insurance... Then can go straight to LTA and transfer

wad i did weeks ago was

1. Buy insurance.

2. Pay the cash to the seller.

3. Go LTA - settle transfer bout $120, Rd tax if necessary.

4. Take key and thank the seller.

Remember settle insurance before going down LTA for transfer
