I change to semi-syn, i guess its the clutch settings. It only happen after i change my handle bars.

 

Sounds like the clutch cable has been overstreatched or sumthing is pulling it on the bends. Check that the cable is free n got sum freeplay. Turn the handle bars n see if the cable is tight at some angle.

this morning around 10.45 i almost get into an accident... the damn car making U turn into my lane at keppel road...... was so near.. good thing my bike stil can slow down in time.. it just like 20cm... the stupid driver!!!!!! almost cause me crash into him! damn him! if they dunno how to drive then dun drive.

your biting-point is too close. that's why gear shifting is stiff and you have trouble finding neutral.. adjust it further..

Well GPR Asia did reply on their advertiser enquiry thread. States that they have the pipe but its not legal for 400. Well. U guys should jus bomb that enquiry thread and ask them to put GSR 400. In the certificate...

 

On a sad note. A GSR 400 malay rider (Sulaiman ,23) has passed away. Guess none of us knows him personally but he in the malay news today. He was an ex Singapore Seprak Takraw player. According to the news. He lost control of the bike in around 2am in the morning along Holland Rd. Pillion was injured as well. Said to be getting married next year. Salam Takziah to the family. Al-fatehah....

Exhaust System/Pipe for Suzuki GSR 400cc FEEDBACK NUMBER: 821687

 

We refer to your email of 23/04/2009.

 

We note of your earlier enquiry on the approved after-market exhaust system for Suzuki GSR400. We wish to inform you that currently, we have not approved any after-market exhaust system for Suzuki GSR400 as we have yet been approached by any dealer for the approval of such make and model. You may wish to consult the local agents for the models that are suitable for your vehicle.

 

If you intend to install any after-market exhaust system on your vehicle, you are required to submit the following documents (in English) for our

evaluation:

 

a) make and model or your motorcycle (including vehicle registration

number);

 

b) technical specification and installation details (including

pictures/drawings) of the after-market exhaust system;

c) a copy of the conformity certificate (e.g. JMCA, EEC or etc) to show

that the replacement exhaust system/silencer is suitable to be

installed for that particular vehicle make and model and would not

adversely affect the safe operation and exhaust emission

characteristics of the vehicle; and

d) evidence or test reports from the product manufacturer or LTA/NEA

recognised overseas test laboratories to show that the after-market

exhaust system had been manufactured and tested (e.g. vehicular

emission and noise) according to international recognised standards.
