Nice Ride Guys! Day started off with a safety briefing by Safety coordinator Bone Ethics. Slight downer with the passing rain. But things picked up the rest of the way... 2 B-Kings, 2 FJR's, 1 Street Triple, 7 GSR's and a whole lotsa roaring pipes... Till next ride guys...

400R: 42bhp, 27lb/ft, 203kg/447.5lbs, .20bhp:kg, .13lb/ft:kg

 

650R: 71bhp, 49lb/ft, 204kg/449.5lbs, .35bhp:kg, .24lb/ft:kg

 

Hands down GSR.. hehehehe... *i'm sure lotsa flames coming if Kawi forum guys see's this*

Thanks guys for the great company and super nice Sat morning ride. It has been a long while since I join you guys... really happy to see you guys again.

 

For short trip...

my suggestion is maybe to Cameron for 1 night and on the way back can make a trip to Bukit Tinggi. Both places are scenic and a nice place to chill. Total is 2 days 1 night. Set off past midnight, arriving Cameron by noon. 1 full day of R&R at Cameron then next morning set off to Bukit Tinggi. Arriving at noon... R&R for 1-2 hours then set off back to SG. Arriving close midnight in Singapore. Mixture of night riding and day riding.

I think u guys are referring to Kawas ER-4N rite? Smaller brother to ER-6N..... as like GSR400 & GSR600

any of you bros using aftermarket air filter? K&N especially? Was recommended by Unique to change to K&N when I went for servicing and I have to admit the cost-effectiveness is attractive. Would it affect anything if I do go ahead with the change?

UM.. sigh

 

always recommending this and that thus generating more income. anyway, if you're going to be like me, who is going to keep the bike till the COE is up then change. it'll save you by not changing your stock air filter periodically. can just buy the cleaning kit.

 

but if you're going to change to another bike after getting your class 2 then stick to normal air filter.

 

thats my opinion. others might vary.

currently am using the K & N filter.. too recommended by UM... one thing good is that whenever i sent my bike down for servicing.. they wil jus wash the air filter for me too...

guys gt a prob with my bike...

when i start my bike.. like normal turn the key, clutch in.. press start button.. suddenly my meter when off and a click sound coming frm the right side of my bike... and the voltmeter show 7.3v... it happen to me twice...

but when i push my bike abit forward and it can start like normal...

anybody kena before??

Change battery already? Please change to dealer mode and see error code. It could be battery. Check fuse also maybe one of it break but not completely.

 

Does not makes sense push a bit forward then can start. Could also be loose wiring.

Sounds similar to Helmy case... Just a loose nut at the battery. The moment u start the connection would kick and get disconnected.

The 1st items to change are the Signal lights....eye sore hehehhe.....followed by fender eliminator and a better windshield.....

I believe Suzuki saving money. Motogp not developing. Bike designs incorporate cheap parts into some futuristic designs...

 

Are they channeling all money to the Haya and Gixxers?

 

And so far the good looking one that just came out from them is the GSX 1250 F?
