Hey bros...one guy from Motoworld called me this afternoon and asked me whether i ordered the windscreen from Ermax. I told him i got it long time ago. I think the windscreens have arrive.....go grab it guys.....:thumb:

I suggest u guys fix it today before u're trip tommorrow. But then again, u need to print new set of number plate stickers to stick on u're ermax screens. Thinking of coming down Motoworld to check it out today...

Next week thurs 31st Jan I'm on leave:

1) to watch TP video & take my class 2 license at 11+

2) IPPT at 5pm

I just gotten a 2nd hand Bol'dor and still trying to get use to the ride. Just want to check what are the important and useful accessories did you guys installed on the bike.

Just checking how much did MW charge you for the windscreen? How's the protection......

Useful Stuff:

 

can install bracket and box,very useful,so can put barangs,hlemet,raincoat,etc...original givi bracket and E450 box think abt $170 at LAB, if I have not forgotten...

 

crash bar aka engine guard, range from $70 to 260...

 

Balancer, the black metal knot at both ends of ur handle bar, change its to the longer and heavy type can get from MW or motovation, it reduce the vibration on ur handle bar,can feel the diff instantly...Range from $30 to 60...

 

Main Stand, very useful... but I haven't fix think abt $160 from MW, B**N S**w they quote nearly $300,WOW!!! maybe original from japan honda...

To add on to the comprehensive list cookbird has provided, other cosmetic items such as bellypan (~$80) & hugger (~$60) can be added to make our bike look "bigger"

3 of us went down & placed order at $140/pc

 

Protectionwise, reconn would be better advised to give you first hand account of his trip up north using the taller windscreen.

btw, i went to recce the place called durian loop along bt timah rd. It is actually a nature trail & i saw 6 durian trees w/o fruits. But the trees are more than 4 storey tall - very old trees. Might be good to recce it again in May during the season.

 

i hv attached the map how to go there. It is entry by jln kampung chantek along bt timah rd :smile:

Thanks for the advise. Was at MW last Saturday and spend quite an amount on the bike. I had the scotoiler fitted, fitted with the Ermax higher windscreen. When I went down they told me it's the last piece and the rest had been pre-booked, heavier bar end and a bar-riser. I had my front shocks and rear suspension done up by Bike lab, should say now my bike handles better now.
