would like to compare mainstands from 2 respective shops, MW & HKL, which is more stable & in terms of quality wise?

Would like to get more info before I commit, hence all the unfinish-able qns..

Sometimes back somebody got the set from MW and it split into 2. Don't know about HKL. I would go for the original Honda ones a bit expensive but it sure last and stable. Since BS only takes order for 100 pcs and above. Suggest that you go down to FJT or Chong Aik to buy from them and go to your friendly bike shop and install.

Had already check out each & every possible distributors/agent, none of them have the OEM stand... Left my last link, will be going down soon to see if he can help me.

Quote frm BS: "Honda Jap has stopped producing the OEM mainstand, & it requires a minimum order of 1000pcs, then they will manufacture..."

So currently can only look @ alternatives 1st... & you just gave me a more sided decision...

haha...here mostly bought boldor 1 to 2 year ago. Now the price, COE, interest rate all changed already. Maybe now cheaper. New boldor is fuel injection, stainless steel header; dunno same price or not.

But 1 tip for u, call bike production to ask for quote - tell them i want the final net price on the road; no hidden cost after i sign the paper. Bike production if i not mistaken was the cheapest bike shop 2 yrs ago. Now i dunno is still the cheapest.

Usually bike shop dun tell u such pricing on the phone, u hv to identify which 2 or 3 shops in spore are the cheapest, then visit them personally to ask for quote based on same criteria. Eg. 2nd party insurance fire & theft 6 months, road tax 6month, reg fee , ERP device etc etc

Suggest that you drop by the shops and check with them. Prices these days varies with age. It's cheaper to get a bike if you are over 35 years old as compare to 25 years old.
