Looks more detailed this time Tim, but still obviously stuck on haha. Belly pan looks weird as well, but if it is just a model then it is no matter.

Yes I can attest to Lazz not being able to act on her own thought lol.

Lazz you probably have to see a sample first. Then gain some idea of what you want to do.

hmm my philosophy --- wat's the hurry hehe

nothing's that urgent so slowly loh

anyone here sprayed their boldor green or something cos my hubby said he spotted one green color one at alexandra village e other time. it's a nice green btw.

Any suggestions here? Black Boldor with white pokka dots? Black boldor with white zebra stripes? Red & black pattern similar to my red/white pattern?

Tim: If you want to go all the way, you need a bigger picture of the Bol'Dor, preferably a side profile. You also want it to be as high a resolution as possible, this is so that you can have the maximum possible space and detail to work with in the first place. Then slowly work your way around the design for the entire bike, and try to make it look as though it is natural. This is very difficult, but given time you will be able to do it. For starters, why not the blue/black flame scheme (I need to give it a name, it is just too cool) I showed you from my previous Kips? You should try getting a picture that is at least 1024x720 in size as well, from the Honda website. Getting original JPGs or GIFs like that really help.

Lazz: Your motto is not "no hurry". It is "I am too lazy to do it and less trouble for me anyway." :cheeky:

i have notice that you have been asking/encouraging ppl to put on LED.

i am giving you a verbal warning.

As I said, this was a private joke between me and Lass and something we discussed in MSN often much to her dismay. But now you treat it as though it is a big sin for people to put on LEDs or even talk about it. So, are LEDs now "advertising"?

I am lodging a formal complaint against the moderator conduct in this forum to Andy. To all adventurous bikers out there. Anyone interested in Day trip on 2nd Sep , 8am to 6pm?

Option 1:

Pulai Resort(Best  5 star resort in Desaru)

--> Sebana Cove (Marina)->

--> Tanjung Rumaniah (best beach with Chalets)

--> Pengerang (Eat the famous Ramli burger there)

--> Sungei Rengit

--> Kampong Java (Fisherman catch lobsters here - RM20 for 3 pieces of 12" lobster according to my colleague). The riding journey 1 way is 2.5hr by first link.

Longer  journey but many stopover for sightseeings, more fun riding trunk roads, more natural sights.  I wondering if  Changi or Tanah Merah got ferry to bring bikes across to Pengerrang?  Can reduce 2.5hr of travel time = more exploration time. Average travel speed for this kind of trunk roads will be 80-100km/hr.

Names:

Option 2:

Going Pulai Waterfall-> batu pahat tropical world  ->Batu Pahat Wet World.

We not going to swim in Wet world, just recce trip only to see if its worth  to bring your families there in future.  Maximum distance 1 way to batu pahat about 200km, 1.5 hr ride, very relaxing one .  Average speed of travel will be 120km/hr only.

Names:

You can put your names in both column, if you dun mind which ever options. We'll go for the most popular option.

mmm...10 more days to go before the trip.

No names posted yet. Hopefully its because people like to commit when date is closer.

I heard Bike Productions is cheapest place to buy. Make sure when they quote you, they write down clearly everything - no hidden charges, no surprises. Then you might want to post here for ppl to comment before committing.

Unionbikez: hello there, my friendly neighbour! haha I finally saw your bike parked by the tiny carpark beside the road junction a few days ago... was riding by the main road when I noticed your gleamin' silver baby from the corner of my eye. LOL. Anyways, ur belly pan, is it slightly longer than the average sized one?

Tim: Wah new idea again for your bold'Or, "lie4 huo3 zhan4 che1" style ah? Haha, keep us posted!

Nick_li: Bike productions still the cheapest in my opinion. I looked for a few shops around the east side before coming to this conclusion, in fact I also did an excel spreadsheet to compare the eventual final cost I have to pay! I was that detailed!

Lass: To tell the truth, I actually saw a green/yellow bold'Or in the same color pattern as a CB1300 version in eunos housing estate when I went to pick up my fren. Of cos I did not forget to take down pictures of our family member! But now business trip, will post when I get back!

hmm dun think price drop due to e gsr400 launch.

i still hear more thumbs up for e s4 than gsr400, asthetics wise e gsr is kinda out of proportion - it's got an oil tank way too big to match e headlights. e only view tat is nice is fr rear w e undertail exhaust. another spoiler is e footpeg....gosh big pc of rubber thing aiyo!! having said tat, i cant' comment on the performance cos i hv not rode tat bike and for all u know, it could outrun e s4 easily. then again, being a female it's typical tat we go for the LOOKs 1st hehe

hehe the gsr exist to make s4 esp the boldor look good!

OK - disclaimer!! just in case some ppl r not happy w wat i hv to say...this is My Opinion and everyone's entitled to his/her own likes & dislikes!

Mine 14.5k include everything, COE , 2nd Party insurance , free top box etc etc, I think cheapest is K3 who bought from Bike production 13.5k.

GSR400 got so much latest technology and also quite good looks. Digital fuel injection, CDI, under seat exhaust etc. But I heard from guy who ride new Suzuki GXR 1000 its normal for Suzuki bikes to go retuning every couple of months; unlike other brands. Its kind of make me feel Boldor might be lower technology but better reliability and less maintenance. Pickup wise , both bikes more or less same.

Also many add ons, spare parts and off market components (upgrades) are readily available for Boldor.

Ones_Co: Great to see your name here Lawrence. Was really impressed when you told me & Panther your adventurous explorations in Johor on GPS, last friday nite at Dr Guru's place.

Btw, there are also a couple of hardcore jap anime fans in this thread besides you ,me & Panther. They may join us for this trip too.

Really hope one day we can also meet up to exchange gigabytes of anime files in our portable hard disks. Can save time from downloading or going JB to buy.

I am afraid to post this Outing in trip section of forum - in case too many response, then paiseh to reject. Big groups hard to manage. But will consider doing that on the last few days before the trip - if response here is not good.

Cheers

Sis Lass: I am curious with one thing about your CBR400 Fire blade.

Is the pickup from 0-100km/hr better than the Boldor?

Is it a 16 valve engine with carburettor (no injection)?
