is there any good engine oil which can let me lun all the way 9000km to n fro thai? any recomendation?

i use motu or mobil or esso or wat so ever as long is full sint.....

and i change very 10 000km ...... dun seen to have any problem ....

i oways tot bike or car, engine oil full syn can last 10k...

 

but my bike shop keep telling me my bike need change oil every 2k... last time is free servicing (inc eo + filer) so i dun care la... but now no more free liao... so maybe go for every 5k lor... think they just wanna cheat mi money... :sian:
