Time: 6.15am /Kranji Mrt (tentative, subject to chg)

 

Remark:

Move off at 6.30am via 1st link(Wdlands).

Estimated travelling distance - 120km++.

Estimated Time : 1hr plus

Go there, have fun at the beach(Air Papan), take pics, eat yummy food(ala carte). Go home la!If u guys wanna hv seafood 4 dinner, we can go singgah selalu or stulang on the trip home. 100Rm shld be nice..Bring xtra to your own preference la)

as the name suggests...it's a one day endurance ride..

total distance is about 1000km...

 

it's more of endurance riding...

short petrol stops...

meal stops at Pekan, Genting Sampah RnR (Karak) n Ayer Keroh RnR.

 

Route taken is coastal route towards Kuantan and into East West Highway towards Karak and homebound via NSH.

A taste of trunk road, high ground highway (Karak) and the more common NSH.

i fall asleep easily while riding. Even when gg to work, i wud fall asleep, let alone gg up KL and Thailand. But i've been VERY lucky so far, like wat my mom said, someone up there is watching over me.

 

dats y my last thailand trip, we took 11 hrs frm GP Esso to reach border, due to many stops.

just a matter of time before u get used to long distance riding...

shouldn't take too many stops along nsh...every stop u'll lose at least 1 hour...that's about 120-150km...

 

i did 11 hours from sadao to GP Shell on a 125cc... Only had 3 stops before GP....

 

once u are used to it...i think 8-9 hours from GP to border won't be a problem...

yup, good experience from 1st trip ride up to border.

Lesson learnt, prolly can skip some perhentian.

Will bear all these in mind during my March Phuket Road Trip, hopefully it happens.
