So is there any major issues when getting a PI instead of agent bike (money wise and quality of the machine) ? I went down to asphoon (toh guan branch) to get an quotation today and they quote me $14k plus for PI bike

PI bike n agent bike differ by 1k but i cant remember which one is more. also the servicing is different. agent bike u service at boon siew itself but for PI u service at the bikeshop u bought the bike from.

paintwork cost 300++ at least for single colour, depends on how long u wanna use the bike.

agent bike u service at boon siew itself but for PI u service at the bikeshop u bought the bike from.

servicing can be done at any bike shop, but agent bike boon siew will charge abit cheaper, if compared wif outside, no difference, all up to individual preference on PI or agent bike

tank bra leather, looks gd, only protect the tank.

race shield stick liao the bike still look the same but protects the tank, front fender, headlight.

put both also can, individual preference

well i fitted the hyper pro damper for about 600 to 700, cant remember already, well i find it worth the money as its not so shaky when entering, maintaining and exiting the corner, fork brace helps a lot too as the fork flex, this help the front end get more stable, where for the rear, our suspension is still new, so what i did was turn the spring to one click harder, works well though i have a givi maxia box, but if can afford, change to aftermarket rear shock, and change the front fork oil to thicker type so to solve the soft front.

Why not bro.... I willing to forsake $$$ for safety and performance...hahaha..... like our bro, ong lai said that fork brace works well with damper to make it our corner a safer one...haha... get ready to fork out $700 -900 for both.... if want cheap one, can get for $500 if i'm not wrong

Hmmm actually what is a forkbrace and what is it for?

Tomorrow going down to asphoon to buy Revo, can't wait to join the revo family. Haha

You are very most welcome to join the Revo Family bro....hahah....actually fork brace is the important eqiupment in preventing extreme fork flexion....it would be great if rider love to play corner... it will stabilise the bike further...

fork brace it's mainly to "tighten" the fork tubes together during hard braking

and preventing extreme fork flexion.

if u always hard braking or corner very low, best to get a fork brace, but only a small minority fix fork brace for ur info, not necessary to get fork brace btw, up to individual preference.

i know some guys who corner n hard braking did not have any damper or fork brace, therefore its up to the rider.

u going to which ASPhoon? i going to serangoon branch later

Hi bro Ong Lai,

Is this the Damper for your S4? http://www.singaporebikes.com/forums/showthread.php?t=202973

Now sold buy Motoworld.

Its Damn Chio!

But its priced Much higher than what you stated, it includes all the mounting brackets.

I agree on damper usefulness, and i aiming for 1 too.

if ur FC is 19km/h n ur reserve is 4 litres, means u can tahan another 72km, but pls go pump once u reach reserve cos u will nv know when ur tank going to be empty, i always go pump when half tank

Haha i stay in the west so i go to the toh guan branch.

Pay the deposit le. Don't know why the shop keep wanting me to pay by installment, think they wanna earn the interest but i still decided full cash. Abit too troublesome to go down to pay the installments.

They told me fastest is next friday so have to wait.Haha very excited.

The raceshield the quote me for the bike is 300+ bucks. Really too ex liao might as well repaint the bike next time

So far how's revo for you?

Hmmm maybe i ride awhile before i do up the raceshield, see how it goes. Got raceshield no money for petrol also quite sad. Haha

Actually feel like mounting on the crash-bars used in the driving centre for safety purposes, do u advise that?
