no i don't have an agreement with him. but i'll be returning him e bike back alrdy or pushing to shop this few days time.

push to shop as in? you are not the legal owner. just return the bike to him and remove yourself as the sub rider. hope you didn't pay too much for the monthly instalments

 

since you dont have an agreement, i believe you are only added as a sub-rider, and you didnt sign anything about COI with the bike shop...meaning it a gentlemen agreement between both of you?

you dont have to go to that extent of pushing the bike back to the shop, just returned the bike to his place, call LTA and let them do the rest...whatever it is, he still have to clean up the mess so you dont have anything to worry about

my advice is to beat red light, ride at bus lane during restricted hours, park at zigzag line.. ouh.. and don't forget when u see TP with speed gun, drop 2 gears and whack..

 

this kind of ppl should be taught a lesson.. lucky my bike owner is easy-going and honest..
