Just read a book on a Singapore Couple who rode a bike (a FH plate BMW) from SG all the way to UK in 1995. Took them 20 months to complete the trip. Along the way alot of happening things. The book is titled "A tankful of time'. Very well narrated! Good book to read for those aspiring long-trip tourers.

 

Hai! Envious sia! I teo Bigsweep or Toto sure retire, buy a bike ride up to UK one!!!

I am now at suntec Mac.. STUDYING the proper way of human physiques appreciation.. Researching the best way to appreciate it, up-down or left-right.. My studies so far have shown favourable results in the last half an hour. I even got a free sample of McCafe's Ice blended Mocha! Slurp!

 

Too bad i didn't bring a power cable cos they got powerpoints here oso.. I shall just come down here tml and friday to study bah.. Can eat at the foodcourt oso.. and 'things' to see.. hehe.. :D

Arsenz correct, that's the way we did during C2C, but detoured to Penang. And yes - best ride ever. I think we did talk able going thru NSH-Gerik-Trengganu to spend 2 nites in a resort there before heading back.

 

I like chao's idea of going mersing next mth vesak day :cheeky:

We can use that occassion to do a further trip up north. We have Friday nite to travel, then Monday morning set off back to reach Sgp at nite. Frazer hill can be an idea but errr... what's there anyway? :cheeky:

actually im already itching for a long trip.... cameron or thailand or watever! haha but my work cant afford to take off also.... my next long leave is from 23rd dec to 1st jan!!! :faint:

 

Yah - your long off days seems to land on our working days.

That's why I keep asking for your off-days in advance .. not because I want to know when SBB will be "availibel" hor... :lol: ... and now I've to ask Arsenz sailing dates too. One air, one sea.... what's next?? Underground?! :lol:

ya went servicing..... still looking for tyres though...tink ill juz wait awhile more.....still got abit of thread left on my tyres.... =)

 

I think I'll like to con't riding mine till near even-level. Using more of rear braking now.
