usually got 2 sets of red and black wires. Are you referring to the mini voltmeter musso posted? if it's that one just connect as per instructed in the guy's 2nd post loh, red to ignition, black to batt.

nope..i refer to the normal voltmeter like the cylinder one(analog)..normally on s4..and also the shadow/dynamyx voltmeter (digital)...they have only two wires which is red and black only..

my shadow voltmeter have 2 wires onli also, positive one(black/and white) and the negative(black), normally black is to ground.

Ya..u just need to tab the red to (+) and the black one to ground...(bike frame)
