As for plank, you need to throttle up more to climb up the plank.. then you use your rear brake to control the speed..

Speedn up to go up the plank then half clutch and control the speed. if too fast then use rear brake the control. Remember to always grip the tank.

ya, buy bike cannot be kan cheong, if not very hard to find a good bike & fetch a good price.. even though now i bery kan cheong want to ride on the road liao .. :smile:

The instructor refused to record my time elapsed through the pylon because I was using 1st gear. :cry: If the time is less than 6 sec, 1st gear user is still considered fail. I dont know if there is an instructor can tolerate 1st and let me pass. :confused:

Difficult 4 me. Cant have enough speed, when shift 2nd, stall engine. The distance allowed to accerlate is to short.:sweat:

haha that time my engine also stall cuz not fast enuff..when u over the 1st dotted line (Aft the plank one) faster change to 2nd gear b4 the 2nd dotted line (b4 pylon)...den can go normally le mah.... if u pylon cannot change 2nd gear, your upcoming CRANK course also jialat... also need 2nd gear one.. haha...

 

worst still, u kik not hard enuff than kena NEUTRAL wahaha... jam down there..

i kena b4 so telling u.. hee.

yes... i agree that the distance is not enough...

this is what i do... slowly release the clutch at gear2 as if its gear 1, its ok even if you enter the first pylon with half clutch, by then, there should be enough distance to fully release your clutch for the second pylon.

Hoho, I tried the same method because I ever heard on internet so called move off by 2nd gear. Unfortunately, stalled.....again. The instructor came and scolded me starting by wrong gear. Next time, I want to start suddenly and forget start smoothly. If the bike is jolted out ,, maybe can shift to 2nd gear ba.

den u listen to the doctor lor.. =S coz i always take care of my wounds myself de.. hehe..when at home let it air dry la?? go out/work den cover.. coz outside alot of germs... :cheeky:

mabel ah... at home den unwrap the bandage cuz got pus..let it dry..at home more hygiene mah!...outside den wrap it cuz scare got germs... ming bai mah! aiyo... pls be more careful with your leg hor... i see le heartpain for u =( *huggss*

and hor, how u bath with your leg like that? wrap with plastic k, don kena the water and soap, else pain..

sorry nvr come across bike stall due to kick up to 2nd gear..

believe is not enuff power that why will stalled.. Maybe next lesson u try to throttle a bit more when moving off, than close throttle, clutch in and kick up harder to 2nd gear.. if not just like Kitty say, u nvr kick enuff gear the bike will go to NEUTRAL.. :giddy:

nope... i didnt mean start in gear2. start in gear 1 pls... then when you engage gear2, also maintain the half-clutch like you would for gear1. means gear2 you also slowly release the clutch. if you want, can try on my sp. damages leh... hmmm... haha :p

slowly look for the bike u wan. the forum also got a lot of ppl selling.
