jus took 6.01 at bbdc, 1st time otr so scary.... so nervous till make alot of mistake.. haizz, hw to continue lik this...

 

well..dun be scared by the cars etc..just do as what you learn in circuit (all the traffic rules all that)...important is dun be kanjong and kip refresh in your mind what to do (ie: check blindspots, look of for traffic etc)..dun worry..instructors are always around! haha

 

imhua sum it all. relax is the key! :thumb:

 

but i still remember my first time out on the road... so happy. enjoy the wind hitting onto my body and go faster than in circuit.

i am going bbdc monday morning.. go enrol cl3... then maybe go see2.. kepo2 watch 2B learners.. hee..

 

btw, if let say 2B still P plate and pass cl3 after take out P plate for bike, the point system how uh? for 2B 24 points and cl3 12points or both back to 12 points? anyone know?

chill..it's all bout independent riding..lol..i still rmb when i took my 6.01..so nervous coz 1st time on rd..den dunno wat to do..de instructor happily bring us dunno go where..den dey kip on emphasizing whatever dat dey do mgt be/mgt nt be the correct way..kaoz..den halfway..1 guy followed the wrong grp..den de rest all kena w8 by rdside while de instructor go find him..kekeke..aft dat while wanna go back we had 2 do a right turn..den der was 2 right turn lanes but we MUST go to the inner lane..den instructor go stop at outer lane n we formed up bside him..lol!whole grp fail..all 8 of us :cheeky:

Like that then worth it what? if you get class 3 first, initially get 12 points. after 1 year become 24, but u go take 2b at this time, then become 12 points again... by the time u reach class 2, you need 4 years to become 24 points.

 

if your class 3 and 2b at the same time... you only need 3 years to become 24 points, provided you go till class 2 lah.

During 6.01 the instructor let us try u-turn in the circuit, but my engine keep stalling dunno why... scared later otr engine stall during u-turn then kena bang by cars behind sia...

If u-turn at first gear your half clutch very important... then pick up speed and change to 2nd...

 

During my 7.01 last time got one guy stall engine at traffic light while turning right, he was damn lucky that the bus going straight missed him by just a few inches... I think if not sure just wait till no traffic then turn la.. better be safe then to do it quickly and get in trouble la i feel...

Hahahaha! No more nervous!!

 

6.01 is great, best prac ever lah.....

Go fast, just havta remember check junction, anticipate situation quickly, check for pedestrian, check for hazards....other then that, check yourself, dont kancong, have tons of fun!!!!

 

Quite great to feel the speed, and feel much more confident wit my bike....

Instructors super helpful and patient!!
