yup..can request to practice in the mini circuit during RC or even during SP..just inform the instructors in charge of 1.01, 1.02, can also ask them help set up the cones also..

go for more training. they will have a spot for you to train your U-turn at the small circuit where the 1.1 and 1.2 practice.

 

i also not good with u-turn but during my tp, got one lorry behind me when doing u-turn. I did a wide turn but the tp's view is blocked by the lorry

 

if not, don think i will get my license so soon cause that day my points is only just pass

Yea. me too. now u-turn like no body business. If no car just go lane 3 also don care.

 

I remember when in bbdc, those instructor when u-turning outside also nv go to lane 1.

tsk tsk... as long as it's safe, not causing anyone inconvenience and not wide till mount kerb, why bother so much (after you pass la). tp wont give me demerit points on that ma.

 

if i die die must turn into that lane 1/2 even when the road is damn clear. then i self-skid. and shyt happened... a tp went past... charge me for reckless/careless riding? license pain, heart pain, wallet also pain.

 

BUT if you are still learning, then better adhere to all the standard set by the driving center. i am riding to keep myself alive not riding to pass. =x

refer to the 5.02 or 8.01 checklist.... under section D (moving off and stopping), you will realise its only 2 points for stall engine repeatedly and 2 points for slow in restarting stalled engine.

 

so theoretically stalled engine will not cause you to fail. but if you are talking about engine stalling while u-turning, maybe it will cause to put your legs down or some other mistakes which will cause you to get penalised badly to fail.

 

best is try not to get into this type of sticky situation. if you feel like stalling, throttle more. or clutch in, then do as what you do when you are moving off.

haha..do try not to let the engine stall..i dropped my own bike once cuz of that =x

 

anyway tmr morning during warm up u'll get a few chances to practice u-turn at the mini circuit..
